- Returns must be made within 14 days and be accompanied by a receipt. The product has to include all original packaging and be in brand-new, unworn condition. Returns will not be accepted without prior notification. Once we've received your returned item in new and unworn condition we will refund your credit card for the total cost of the item purchased excluding shipping. The fastest way to initiate a return is to email us at badluckskateboard@gmail.com. Sales on ALL DISCOUNTED items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged. - All clearance items and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Any shipping, order, or product problems — including but not limited to missing items, incorrect items, damaged items, assembly issues, or custom skateboard graphics not to the customer's satisfaction — must be reported within 72 hours of package delivery by the carrier or attempted delivery to the address provided by the carrier.
- Skateboards: Returns of complete skateboards and skate decks with grip tape applied will be assessed a restocking fee of $15.00 upon return. These products are custom-assembled by BadLuck Skateboards LLC and some components may no longer be sellable. This restocking fee will be assessed after your return is processed and will not appear in the amount to be refunded that you see when you are submitting a refund request.
- Refunds will be applied to the card you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the product.
